Rhodelyn Enam Ama Hatekah

I am a first-year Materials Engineering student at the University of Ghana with a deep interest in design, sustainability, and innovation in engineering. I’m currently involved in student engineering societies and hands-on projects in CAD, electronics, and energy systems.

As someone passionate about encouraging more girls to pursue STEM, I actively seek opportunities to share, support, and uplift others through mentorship and collaboration.

I believe representation matters and as a young woman in engineering, I aim to use my experiences, both challenges and wins, to guide and inspire others on their journey. I’m excited to serve as a role model and contribute to inclusive spaces where young girls in Ghana can thrive in STEM.
