Faiza Seidu-Adam is an Information Security and Privacy Analyst, co-founder of GirlyTech, Google’s Women Techmakers Ambassador, and a technical project manager.

She has a background in cybersecurity, privacy, and digital transformation, helping organizations strengthen their security postures and align them with industry best practices.

She is passionate about digital inclusion and privacy, recognizing their critical role in today’s technology-driven world. She actively shares her expertise through talks, workshops, technical articles, and social media, making cybersecurity and privacy more accessible.

Over the years, Faiza has worked with businesses in Ghana, the EU, and India, strengthening their privacy and information security posture, increasing cybersecurity awareness, and positioning them as thought leaders in their respective industries.

She has successfully driven transformational change by implementing innovative security and privacy controls that align with organizational goals and industry standards. In addition to her corporate impact, she is passionate about empowering women in STEM.

Through her organization, GirlyTech, she has mentored and trained over 5,000 women, fostering growth and inclusivity in technology. Faiza holds multiple industry certifications, including Certified Data Protection Supervisor, CompTIA Security+, and ICSI | CNSS Certified Network Security Professional.

She has a masters degree in Information Security and Digital Foensics and a bachelors degree in information technology.
