The SheSTEM Ghana Initiative empowers and inspires young Ghanaian girls aged 14–19 to pursue and sustain careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Through mentorship, storytelling, research, and advocacy, the initiative tackles barriers such as gender stereotypes, limited role models, and lack of awareness about STEM career opportunities.
